Doesn't install under OS 3.0 Itouch

    Just bought the game, but it won't install on my Itouch2 with OS 3.0
    even though it says 2.1 and up

    The application can't currently run on the iPod Touch due to the game requiring a microphone on the device to work. In the app store it only lists the iPhone as a required device.

    I'm sorry you bought the app but can't install it, we may include iPod Touch compatibility in a future update, but it's not something we can confirm at the moment.

    nice.. it did come up with the search on my itouch for new games for itouch.
    i see on the website, that it's now only for iphone.

    That compatibility notice has always been there. The app store doesn't stop you from buying applications you can't run, I'm afraid we don't have any control over that.

    Yes, the app store doesn't stop you from buying an incompatible app... Could the app store page be updated with a clear 'Incompatible with iTouch' warning?

    It is a tad annoying to find something as interesting as this app, buy it, then have it not work. :(

    This being our first iPhone app, we were unaware that flagging the application for iPhone only wouldn't prevent iPod touch users from downloading it, or at least warning them. We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

    This has been the top issue complained about, we're definitely wanting to introduce iPod touch compatibility in an update, if/when that happens we'll announce it here, so keep an eye out for it.

    The game will work on an iPod touch if you use earbuds with a built-in microphone. That is how I got it to work so I could get through the first level.
